    Highlights
"Charlesgate Senior Living" is the Assisted Living component of our Continuing Care Retirement Community. In total there are six distinctive properties. Our main campus is conveniently located at the intersection of North Main St. and Randall St. Here in beautiful Providence. It is here that Charlesgate North, East and South, three of our independent buildings are located. Our North property is where we make assisted living accommodations available for fifty (50) residents. One of the added benefits is that we are located directly on a public transportation route as well as being within walking distance of downtown. Charlesgate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Center is also located here on campus for the convenience of our residents. We are very proud to also have Park West and Parkis Place independent living apartments within a few miles off campus and within close proximity of downtown Providence. We strongly recommend and encourage that any interested individuals make reservations for a "Lunch Tour" designed to explain all the benefits our unique assisted living community has to offer. We welcome the opportunity to get better acquainted and share why Charlesgate has been home to so many in our community for over 30 years.
    All genders welcome
