When it comes to elegant senior living, our apartments are modern and well-equipped. With 9' ceilings there is a more spacious feel as you enter. Fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, a screened porch with ceiling fan and walk-in closets are also welcome discoveries. Includes 3 meals daily, utilities, weekly housekeeping & linen service, expanded cable and scheduled transportation for your doctor appointments. As a convenience, we also offer weekly dry cleaning pick up and delivery service and a Notary Public at no charge. Numerous amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool with water aerobics classes for a therapeutic benefit, 42 seat stadium seating movie theatre, library with fireplace and fitness center. Security features include 24 hour recorded camera surveillance on all entrances, key/code access after hours and live in staff as well as a personal emergency response monitor in each unit. The Grand Lobby acts as a reception area for resident's family and friends. With contemporary architecture, two fireplaces, a water fountain and an 8' Ivers & Pond concert piano from 1921, it makes for quite a grand entrance. Social activities include afternoon tea in the Grand Lobby with live entertainment provided by a pianist, and weekly parties and outings. The socials range from a Death By Chocolate fondue party to Wine & Cheese socials where you might watch an ice carving in progress or listen to the soothing sounds of a violinist. Monthly theme dinners range from a Luau to Italian Night with performances by a professional Opera singer. If you prefer the great outdoors, you are welcome to join the residents on the gazebo for ice cream socials and cookouts.
