    Madison Tower Senior Community is located on 15 park like acres across from the Universal Mall. We offer affordable housing for seniors 62 and older. Our apartment homes come with a full size stove and refrigerator, window treatments, and central air. Our service coordinator is here to assist the residents with various services that might be needed. We have an activity center that host a daily meal program and various activities.

    The Madison Heights Senior Center is located just 3 miles away and offer bus service for the residents to Oakland Mall, Meijer, Banks, and Doctor appointments. Bingo is every Thursday and Friday. Dairy Delivery to Activity Center every Monday. Various chapel services and bible studies. Coffee hour is every Saturday. Every Friday is our painting class
