This is a five bedroom Beazer home built in 2007. We have the best lot in the housing tract. We are right next to a city park on a lot of almost 15,000 square feet with a beautiful aluma-wood covered patio that is 16' X 40' big and has ample furniture that is designed for comfort; there is a 4' wide walkway that goes back to our 15' wide gazebo and returns by a different route so that those in wheelchairs or with walkers can easily come and go. We have a good karaoke system; a 47" 1080p high definition television system with Fios state-of-the-art cable feed; a Wii system with many games for indoor activities (and great for grand kid visits!); a large barbecue with planned get-togethers for family and visitors; many activity and exercise supplies, including some that are specifically designed to entertain young visitors that tend to get bored. We have a nice garden, 14 fruit trees, and a spectacular view of the mountains. We are developing a small canning enterprise to contribute to our community. We are close to three senior centers, the American Legion, downtown Redlands, shopping centers, Starbucks, churches, casinos and hospitals. During holiday seasons we appropriately decorate the facility inside and out. Our administrator sees this primarily as a ministry to those in need of help with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and only secondarily as a source of income. We have special visits by entertainers. We provide all the amenities of the usual six resident Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, but have gone overboard to provide more than what is required by the state. We have two rooms that are shared and two rooms that are private.
