    About My Business
This beautiful 15 bed home is part of our senior community and specializes in advanced and palliative care for individuals with chronic health needs and advanced dementia.
    • We care for folks with the following chronic health conditions: Advanced Alzheimer's Disease, Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, Stroke, and other heath issues that require daily monitoring.
    • We are not a nursing home, and do not have licensed medical staff on site, so we cannot care for individuals with acute, non-stabilized needs. Once the medical condition has been stabilized, however, the Dunroven is a wonderful option many older adults.
    • Short-term medical recovery and respite services are offered on a space-available basis.
    About My Services
    • Our smaller facilities offer a home-like, intimate atmosphere, with increased supervision and monitoring that fosters a higher level of safety. Each home is at ground level, so that elevators are not necessary and residents are able to move about the home without difficulty.
    • Our philosophy is to offer resident-centered care. This means that all of our decisions are made based upon the needs and desires of our residents. Each person that lives in our homes is treated with dignity and respect, and we strive to accommodate each person's individual preferences.
    • Our staff is well trained and extremely dedicated. Many have worked for us for numerous years.
    • While our residents all have private rooms, they spend their days in our common areas, where they have companionship, supervision, and activities.
    • Our two assisted living homes are connected by a walk way, so that we may offer care to individuals with different levels of need. This allows residents to stay in our care when their conditions require more assistance, instead of moving into a nursing home.
    • In the Dunroven, we work closely with Hospice, when our residents require this level of support. Our loving staff continues to provide their daily care through the end of their lives.
    • Our on-site medical day program offers services to individuals who still reside in their own home, or live with family, but require day-time care.

    • Our Managers are well trained responsive. They take equal care of the families of our residents, offering support and education when needed.
    • Our hiring process focuses on finding caregivers with big hearts and good judgement. We can teach the skills needed to care for our residents, but our goal is to hire caring individuals who enjoy this line of work.
