    The Lynnwood Arms Cooperative is an active 55+ community in the Reno/Sparks area of Nevada. It is one of only three cooperative complexes in the state where there are no income taxes. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, one bath and all are owner occupied. Units vary from about 840 to 945 sq. ft. and are available upstairs or down,. Each unit has a spacious one car garage with room for storage. Units are sold individually and range in price from the mid ninety thousands to the very low hundred thousands. There are 57 units and each owner has one share in cooperative. HOA is $242 per month and includes property taxes, water, trash disposal, outside maintenance and some inside maintenance. The grounds are manicured and feature numerous trees in a park-like setting. Lynnwood Arms is ideal for the active senior.
