    Adam & Bruce Apartments is a 50 unit HUD subsidized community for older adults. There are architectually-altered apartment for the mobility or sensory-impaired (for those over the age of 18). We offer a neighborhood grocery, library, bank and are on the bus line. Ammenities feature indoor locked mailboxes, on-site laundry facility, full kitchen and full bathroom with safety rails, heating and air conditioning. Some utilities are furnished with rent. We offer many resident activities and a Service Coordinator on staff. Our staff is kind, caring and committed to serving our residents.
