    Escalon Heritage House is an affordable, older adult (62+) community with several apartments equipped to accommodate those who are mobility impaired and are over the age of 18. Our community is conveniently located a mile north of the downtown area and across the street from the Community Center. Garden walkups, small 4-plexs, beautiful garden setting, well trained staff.
