    Our facility offers an assisted living, board and care home for six senior residents in the heart of La Verne, CA. Located on a cul-de-sac, our home provides a safe, quite and friendly environment for our residents. At Heritage Home Care, we take pride in the quality of service we provide to our clients. We have the following amenities: - One shared and four private bedrooms with French door access to the backyard - Spacious backyard with covered patio - Fully furnished kitchen - Elegant dinning area - Comfortable living room - Family room with individual recliners - Big screen theater room - Large bathrooms - All entry and exit doors have ramps and are wheelchair accessible Our mission is to improve the lives of our residents both mentally and physically. We strive to keep our residents engaged in life on a personalized level by helping them continue activities related to their hobbies and interests. We are committed to making our residents feel that they are part of our family and be their home away from home.Physical wellness is our top priority. We know that residents have different health needs. That is why it is essential for us to work with family and physicians to create a health plan that is suitable to their needs. We provide healthy delicious meals with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and make our dinners a time for socializing, fun and laughter. Our caregivers are carefully selected and trained by an experienced registered nurse. They are respectful, friendly, compassionate and dependable. We evaluate our staff regularly to ensure that they provide the highest level of care and assistance to our residents.

    Staff certifications and training:
    Staff are trained by a licensed registered nurse. They complete all necessary training required by Title 22 such as: medication, nutrition, sanitation, first-aid, emergency, personal rights, and other essential training. Staff are monitored regularly and retrained monthly to ensure that they are providing premier care and service to our elderly residents.
