    The Woodlands is located just on the West Side of the City of Eastland in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are truly the best facility in West Texas! We are a type B assisted living and are able to care for residents who can still get into a wheelchair at least and do not need 24 hour nursing care. We also have a secure memory care community with its own outdoor area. We provide a base level of care as well as a one and two which is determined by an evaluation by the General Manager or Registered Nurse. We have a wide variety of activities available such as Bingo, Movie Night, Games, exercise, Live Entertainment, Bible Studies and Hymns, shopping and many other activities. We also accept residents qualifying for Community Based Alternatives.

    Staff is trained in Crisis Intervention and at least 30 minutes of on-going training per month. RN , Activity Director and Certified Assisted Living Manager receive continuing education credits on regular basis.
