    Providence Vincent House was specifically designed and built to provide a positive, safe, secure and caring environment in a supportive housing setting for older adults of low income who are at least 62 years of age and meet eligibility criteria. Maximum gross household income is 28,500 for a one-person household, and 32,550 for a two person household where at least one member is 62 years or older. Providence Vincent House is a Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Housing Provider and provides equal housing choice for all prospective tenants regardless of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, familial status or membership in a class of persons. We have 60 units of housing with on-site laundry. Water, sewer and garbage included. Tenant pays electricity, cable and phone. Community areas to enjoy include terrace courtyard, community kitchen and sitting area. Applications for tenancy at Providence Vincent House will be considered in chronological order based on the date and time the complete initial application is received at the management office. Otherwise eligible applicants who are living in dangerous or threatening situations, currently paying more than 50% of their income for rent and utilities, or living in shelters are given special wait-list consideration and will be given priority for admission over applicants presenting none of these housing situations.
