    Anciano Tower is a 50-unit, affordable, older adult community located in a quaint, small community surrounded by the Colorado Mountains. We are close to a post office, shopping, and medical facilities. Residents must be 62 years of age or older. Some apartments are specially equipped for mobility impaired person. Apartments Include: One Bedroom Living Room, Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Heating and Air Conditioning, Carpeting, Smoke Detectors and Emergency Call System. Building Highlights: Locked Entry Access System, Individually Locked Mail Boxes, and On-Site Laundry Facilities, Community Room with Kitchen, Elevator, On-Site Manager and Ample Parking.
