Westover Manor is a HUD subsidized affordable community for adults aged 62 and above or for anyone 18 and above needing a mobility accessable apartment. We are located in a fantastic area very close to shopping, dinning, the mall and a grocery store. We offer various activities throughout the week which are listed above and have a Social Services Coordinator on staff 16 hours a week to assist in resident needs, helping them age in place. We also offer a library, exercise room and a laundry facility. We are settled into a little niche of woods right off 1st Avenue and have a lot of wildlife: birds, bunnies, squirrels and sometimes turkey and deer. We have a lovely patio out back and our residents enjoy sitting outdoors in the summer sipping their lemonaide and visiting with each other.
