    Leisure Cottage is a senior housing unit which is fully furnished and provides 24 hour supervision, assistance with everyday cares, home cooked meals, activities and much more in a home style atmosphere. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in a small community. We have a large front porch and back patio where our residents can enjoy a nice day. We have a garden in the back yard for flowers and also vegetables. Our residents can enjoy entertainment that comes periodically. Our staff are specialized and trained for resident's with dementia. Our staff provide weekly exercise program and also non demoninational devotions with communion provided on Sundays.

    A person with Alzheimer's/dementia would need to be discharged from our facility if they become physically unable to ambulate or if they become physically violent.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    We provide individualized care plans for our residents from an assessment completed by the RN. Our activities may help maintain brain functioning, reminicing, household duties and also physical activities such as ring toss, bean bags etc.
