    At Home With Shepherd is certified by Medicare and has a contract with the VA to provide home care. We offer a full range of medical and non-medical home health services to those living in Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana Counties that can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

    - Home Health Aides: Important day-to-day, personal activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming are provided by our compassionate staff of home health aides.
    - Homemaker/Companion Services: Routine housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and companionship are important factors in the in-home care process.
    - Transportation: A doctor’s appointment, a shopping trip to the mall, a visit with friends across town … At Home With Shepherd offers a safe, comfortable ride to appointments or events that are important to you.
    - In-Home Monitoring: Whether from across town or across the country, families can monitor designated activities of their loved ones and receive alerts through a customized in-home system … and do so without invading their privacy.
    - Almost Home Transitional Program: Almost Home is a transitional program between the hospital or skilled nursing center and home offered at the Shepherd of the Valley communities in Howland and Poland. It is designed to support your recovery when you no longer need to be in the hospital or skilled nursing center, but you are not quite ready to go home.
