    We are a licensed home health agency, staffed by friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable skilled nurses, therapist and home health aides.
    We have on call nurses 24hrs, 7 days a week, and fluently bilingual staff.

    We provide the following:

    SKILLED NURSING SERVICES
    Blood pressure monitor
    Diabetic care

    REHABILITATION SERVICES
    Physical therapy
    Speech therapy

    HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES
    Certified Nurses assistant visit the patients regularly to monitor their progress and help with basic living necessities, including
    Bathing, Grooming, and Dressing
    Transfer and ambulation.

    MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER
    A licensed social worker evaluates a patient's needs and recommends other services that will improve the patient's quality of life.

    PODIATRY SERVICES REFERAL
    General foot care treatment for clients at high risk of complications or who are unable to self care.
    *Complete diabetic foot care at home for home bound patients.
