    About My Services
Based in Dallas, Texas, family-owned and operated Autumn Leaves was founded on the principle of providing the highest-quality environment to those individuals requiring specialized care due to Alzheimer’s and dementia-related conditions. All Autumn Leaves facilities are designed and built from the ground up to serve as “neighborhoods” for dementia and Alzheimer’s residents. From the extra high ceilings and wide hallways; the unique use of lighting, textures and color schemes; to the numerous indoor and outdoor activity areas — residents are provided a secured and nurturing living environment. In addition to a broad, comprehensive eldercare educational program, all Autumn Leaves professional staff, nursing personnel and caregivers are specially trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia-related care. This Company-wide commitment to education and training not only allows us to provide the highest quality of care to our residents; but also enables us to be a powerful resource to our local communities for on-going caregiver education and training programs. As a specialized dementia and Alzheimer’s assisted living environment, our residents are provided with a comfortable, home-like environment, where they can enjoy an excellent quality of life and continue to live as independently as possible with just the right amount of assistance. Local community organizations, religious groups, family members and friends take an active role in creating a truly ideal, nurturing environment. "Our Family Caring For Your Family"
