    This is a private home in a country setting. Space available for a garden and to enjoy cook outs and have family visits, Bible studies or prayer groups welcomed. Christian on adjoining property. Nearby stores, restaurants, hair salon, bakery, lots of churches, senior pick up, wheels on meals, but great kitchen if you would like to make a meal or have a Thanksgiving Dinner w/ family.(new electric stove) Beautiful pine trees and some oaks, some landscaping, more welcomed! Smoke and alcohol free premise. Storage building, private parking, security lighting, safe. Very well built and comfortable. patio and deck covered with awnings. Satellite dish and wiring set in each room. Breakfast bar w/2 bar stools. Lots of built in cabinets for what notes and dishes in kitchen. Good size spa like bath.

    This is a private one family capacity home available to independent senior adults. There is nursing available to the area as well as meals on wheels and senior pick up for recreation and other activities. There are lots of businesses nearby, yet it is in a country setting with room for a garden and plants and a high fenced yard, security lighting and a convenience home set up.

    there are lots of senior services available,bus transportation to many selective choices. There is a Natatorium 12 min. away accessible by bus transport, a couple of libraries also. Lots of churches around, a bakery, a Mexican restaurant, ice house, ice cream parlor and more.

    There are Christians that live on the same property.We welcome anyone of that inclination,vets,retired professionals such as teachers or disabled (but the home is not built for wheel chair access, it is easy to get from a vehicle to inside the door. It is very close and only has a couple of short steps so that in in climate weather or having to bring in groceries would be so easy) There's room to have a cook out for family. The home is a smoke, alcohol and pet free premise. The pet is the only area that could possibly by negotiated especially if it is for the visually impaired. We would accept them for a small fee.
