    I would like to introduce you to The Palms at O'Neil, the area's newest premier personal care residence. We are located near the White Oak, PA area cultural district, near Penn State Allegheny Campus. We are close to shopping, hospitals, doctors offices and much more. We are a three story residence (with elevators) and are newly opened in January of this year. We are a locally family owned and operated Assisted Living / Personal Care residence. We offer both private rooms with full baths and semi-private rooms. Upon admissions, residents have the choice to bring their own furnishings, use the furnishings provided by us, or a mixture of both Veteran's assistance may be available for active war-time veterans and/or their surviving spouses. Located ½ mile from Mann's Drug Store in White Oak, PA Here is a list of some of our amenities: Spacious Private and Semi-Private Accommodations available. Fully furnished bedrooms with full private baths. Emergency call system in each bedroom and bathroom. Centralized security system provides the latest in safety including video security and fire suppression and detection. A numeric key entry and audible alarms for a protected environment. Registered Nurse on - call. A caring staff on duty 24 hours, 7 days a week to assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, medication administration and monitoring. Diabetic care and services available. Incontinence care and supplies available. Complete pharmacy and medical supply services. Massage therapy, Dental Eye care and Podiatry services available. Home health services which include Nursing Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy also available. Ambulance/transport services available. Scheduling of Access Transportation. Housekeeping Staff for regularly scheduled room cleaning and flat linen service. Well-balanced, appetizing meals planned by our dietary supervisor. We also offer daily snacks available to supplement nutritional goals. Special diets and meal requests can be accommodated. Guest meals available by reservation. Alternate Café dining area. Housekeeping, Flat linen service, and in-house activities are included. Daily Newspaper delivery available. Free Wi-Fi Service. Fully equipped barber/beauty salon and services. Personal Laundry Service Available. Room phone and cable (standard, Digital and HD) available. ~Ask about our "Palms Premier Package" and include phone, cable and laundry for one low monthly fee. Planned social, recreational, physical and religious activities. Enclosed open air atrium and a serene outdoor square nestled in a wooded backdrop.
