    We offer all private furnished rooms, four meals a day plus snacks, Activity program seven days a week, awake staff 24 hours per day, a registered nurse and two LPN's, Dr. Gonzalez, internal medicine with a specialty in geriatrics and hospice and all outside lab services, pharmacy delivery and beauty shop. We have two back doors which are open all day and lead to a beautiful garden. We are located near the Scottsdale Road and Shea area right off the 101 and not far from the 51.

    If a resident becomes a danger to themselves or others the resident would be transferred to a behavioral unit so that medications could be adjusted in the hope that the resident could come back. If not, we would provide assistance, if needed, to the family to find an appropriate place.
    Special care programs offered for Alzheimer's and Dementia residents:
    Barton House was designed for people with dementia, with a secured environment that feels like a home. Each person has a private room and access to the outdoors which includes a patio, and walking paths through grass and trees.The activities program focuses on strengths and abilities, so that the resident feels successful.
