    A sense of community is all around you at CrownTrace Villa and we offer unlimited opportunities to build new friendships. Benefits include weekly housekeeping (with linen and towel service), social activities, great food (three meals per day) and transportation. Management lives on-site, all maintenance is included, and there is 24-hour emergency assistance available in all apartments. CrownTrace Villa also provides community laundry facilities on each floor, a library, a TV room, billiiards and meeting rooms, a beauty salon and a beautiful chapel on-site . We are less than two miles from downtown Hot Springs and are close to the Oaklawn Racing Track, shopping, historical and numerous family attractions.
