    About My Business
    Independent Living Newcastle WA
    Living independently means having choices
Regency Newcastle. It's the privacy and freedom of home combined with the convenience and security of on-call assistance within a maintenance-free environment. Our community offers active seniors choices about how they want to live. With a never-ending schedule of activities and events, our residents are free to choose what interests them most.

    Active Living for Active Seniors
For independent living residents, Regency Newcastle offers a wide variety of social, cultural and recreational programs. Your favorite destinations are a bus ride away. You will enjoy trips to restaurants and casinos, ball games, live theater and musical performances, seasonal events, nature walks, boat trips and more. There's a lot to do right at home as well. Visiting speakers and entertainers, resident sponsored clubs, educational and spiritual forums, and physical fitness programs – all available for you to participate in as much or as little as you like. Regency Newcastle also has abundant common areas - both indoors and out – creating the perfect opportunity to socialize at your own pace and interact with others at whatever level is comfortable. Ice cream socials, coffee bar chats, happy hours and informal get-togethers at our various lounges and seating areas all are great opportunities to meet friends, join a card game, or simply spend a lazy afternoon reading.

At Regency Newcastle, we offer assisted living, a higher level of care than independent living, yet our residents enjoy the privacy of their own apartment and the independence to choose their daily routine.

    Personalized Services and Assistance
We understand that each resident is an individual with unique needs and preferences. That's why we meet with each resident and family and conduct an assessment prior to move-in and at regular intervals after move-in. This helps us to better understand and meet each resident's need for assistance and support.
