    Servicios Apartments is located at 1935 W. 46th Ave. in Northwest Denver and is home to 19 residents with severe and persistent mental illness. Each individual one-bedroom apartment has a private outside entrance and parking available. There is an on-site resident manager and coin-operated laundry is also provided. This is a HUD Section 8 subsidized apartment and vouchers are not required. Income must be 50% or less of the median income for Denver.

    Must be an older adult with a diagnosis of chronic mental illness. Income must be below 50% of the median income for Denver County.
