    Silver Spruce is located in Kremmling, CO. It offers 20 one-bedroom private apartments with mountain and cliff views. Each has a full kitchen and bath and all utilities are paid except phone and cable. The buildings are secure, pets are allowed with approval, community flower and vegetable gardens, community rooms, pool table, exercise room, nutritious meals three days a week, and on-site laundry and parking.

    Must be a 62 year old senior or older adult with a disability. Income must be below 50% of the median income for Grand County.
