    Located at 940 Emerson Street, Emerson Gardens is home to 30 senior (+62) or individuals with mobility impairment. There are 30 one-bedroom apartments with security doors and an emergency call system linked to Emergency Response. It has an outdoor community patio, library with TV, community room, off-street parking, and beautiful flower garden. Pets are also allowed with approval. This is a HUD Section 8 subsidized apartment and vouchers are not required. Income must be 50% or less of the median income for Denver.
