    Located at 1420 Logan in historic Capitol Hill, The Olin is home to 106 senior and older adults with disabilities. It has 49 buffets and 57 one-bedroom apartments with private bathrooms and kitchen. The entrance is secure with 24 hour lobby staff and security doors. The beautiful outdoor patio and courtyard are also secure. Some apartments are accessible or adaptable and all have cable and TV jacks. Each apartment offers an emergency call system in the bath and bedroom and pets are allowed. Monthly activities and holiday parties are also offered. A Resident Services Coordinator is also available to assist residents with additional needs and services. It is close to bus lines, supermarket, restaurants, churches, and shopping. This is a HUD Section 8 subsidized apartment and vouchers are not required. Income must be 50% or less of the median income for Denver.
