    Located in southwest Denver, the Decatur is conveniently situated in a residential neighborhood near bus lines and shopping. It is home to 20 older adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Decatur House provides one home-cooked meal a day served in a community dining room at a required fee of $140.00 a month. Residents share a two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. On-site Mental health case management, medication monitoring, social activities, and groups are provided to residents who qualify. This is a HUD Section 8 subsidized apartment and vouchers are not required. Income must be 50% or less of the median income for Denver.
