    About My Business
    Vi at Silverstone Care Center provides a continuum of short-and long-term care that includes Assisted Living, Alzheimer's and Memory Support, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.

    Our care center is Medicare certified. We accept admissions 7 days a week into our private suites and our licensed nurses are on hand 24/7. We have earned the status of Deficiency Free consecutively for three years. Additional services that may be covered by Medicare include physical, speech and occupational therapy as well as pharmaceutical services.

    Our Assisted Living and Memory Support communities offer residents a private suite and a tailored care plan that supports their well-being.

    The Community
    Vi at Silverstone Care Center offers a resort lifestyle that attends to your needs whether you are in Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. Our nursing team consists of licensed and certified RN's, LPN's, and CNA's. As well, we offer our residents deliciously prepared meals inspired by our classically trained culinary chefs, lifestyle programs from music to museums, games, movies and more.

    Assisted Living
    24 Private Suites located on the second floor offers views of the beautiful lush Sonoran desert and the McDowell Mountains. Each self-furnished suite offers one bedroom/bathroom with an open living and kitchen area with full refrigerator, microwave, granite counter top, individual temperature control, voice intercom and bedroom/bathroom security buttons, wheel-in shower and spacious closet space. Enjoy three delicious chef inspired meals a day.

    Memory Care
    12 Private Studios are located on the first floor, bringing you comfort and warmth with the soft hues, quiet family setting, inviting family style kitchen, where three delicious meals are served daily; a bird sanctuary, outside patio with raised garden bed and a canapy for enjoying the outdoors. All suites are fully furnished, however you are able to bring your furniture for comfort. The studio has individual temperature control, security intercom and bedroom/bathroom security buttons, wheel-in shower and closet.

    Skilled Nursing
    24 Private Suites located on the first floor is where you will find our resident needs are cared for 24/7 by our fully licensed nursing team of RN's, LPN's and CNA's. All suites are fully furnished, offering individual temperature control, bedroom/bathroom security buttons, wheel-in shower and closet, housekeeping services and three deliciously chef inspired meals a day.

    Rehabilitation
    We have in-house a Physiatrist Specialist offering expertise in pain management medically and physically along with a team of trained therapists - physical, speech and occupational.
