    About My Business
    We have a 12 bed hospice residence, The Hamrick Home, located in Okeechobee, Fl. We provide both Inpatient Care (short term stays) and Routine Home Care (long term stays of several weeks or months) at our facility. We accept patients from the surrounding rural and coastal communities to our hospice residence as long as the patient is hospice eligible.

    We also provide care to hospice patients living in their own homes in Okeechobee County and the surrounding rural communities including Indiantown.

    We have received a 5 Star rating from the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    All patients must be hospice eligible with a life expectency of 6 months or less.
    Experience And Credentials
    We are Medicaid and Medicare certified. We also accept Private Insurance.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Our fees reflect the current Medicare established rate for our services.

    We also have a Room & Board fee for patients seeking a long term stay at our hospice residence. We offer a sliding fee scale for the Room & Board fee for those unable to afford the full fee.

    We are a not-for-profit hospice.
