    About My Business
    Believing in the dignity of life, Ogle County Hospice Association offers care to the terminally ill and their families. This encompasses physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the family unit with emphasis on the desires of the patient and family. Ogle County Hospice Association believes that living continues until the moment of death and our focus in on promoting optimal living through this final journey of life.
    About My Services
    • Serving all of Ogle County and 20 miles into Boone, Carroll, Dekalb, Lee, Stephenson, Whiteside, and Winnebago.
    • Serving people in their private residence, in nursing homes or assisted living facilities, in our in-patient hospice facility, or anywhere they call home.
    • Providing a full complement of staff, including: Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Worker, Chaplain, Bereavement Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, Complementary Therapy staff, Dietician, PT, OT, and ST.
    • Dedicated On-call Nurses available 24/7
    • Providing Bereavement support to the patient, family, and caregivers.
    • Volunteers serving patients, families and helping in all areas of hospice.
    • Utilize a pharmacy dedicated to Hospice Care. Consultations with Doctors of Pharmacology who are experts in comfort options

    • Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Medical Director, Nurses, and Home Health Aides.
