    Hospice of Lenawee provides compassionate, patient and family centered care to the people of our community during and after the last season of life.
    About My Services
    Hospice of Lenawee is a full service hospice serving people in their homes, nursing homes, extended care facilities, etc. Hospice of Lenawee uses a team approach in all that is does relying on the expertise of physicians, nurses, social workers, hospice aides, spiritual caregivers and volunteers. Our goals are to provide physical comfort, emotional well being and spiritual peace. We provide bereavement services to family members for at least 13 months after their loss. We also provide bereavement services to anyone in the community regardless of whether their loved one was a hospice patient.
    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    We do not presently have an in-patient facility but we are raising the funds to build an 8 patient residence.
    Experience And Credentials
    Hospice of Lenawee has been in existence since 1982 and is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP).
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    We accept payments from Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance programs. There is no charge for our bereavement services.
