A brief overview of your business
In addition to HOME CARE, Old Dominion offers a SENIOR VISITOR PROGRAM for clients who would benefit from the social engagement and practical support of a Senior Visitor. All Senior Visitors are college-educated professionals who are matched with the specific interests of their clients to foster personal relationships and enjoyable visits. The SENIOR VISITOR PROGRAM is a concierge-type service (no hourly/weekly minimums) with visits tailored to the specific needs of the client. Visits often include medical appointments, shopping, errands and social outings - or simply one-on-one time at home. Assistance with transportation/travel plans, outpatient procedures, technology, hobbies. mail sorting and holiday preparations are some of the many tasks in which a Senior Visitor can be of assistance and support. At-home, or out-and-about, Senior Visitors greatly enhance the social and emotional well being of our clients who might otherwise be limited by their inability to drive, memory or mobility issues or lack of nearby friends and family.
