    About My Business
    we are a license home care agency servicing elderly and sick people at their home and when necessary at a hospital or nursing home.
    About My Services
    Personal care aide and Home Health Aide is provided depending on patient needs following a detail plan of care provided by patient, their family members, their doctor and the registered nurse who will make sure that the plan is working in a daily basis for their patient. The plan is instructed by the Registered nurse to the aide who provide the service daily.
    Experience And Credentials
    We are a license agency by the state of NY department of Health and Joint Commission Accreditted.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Our fees are $18.00 per hour minimum of 4 hour per day 3 days per week for PCA/HHA. Registered Nurse visit is required by law and the fees are 86.00 per visit once per month or every 3 months depend on the case.
