    The GEMS PROGRAM is only offered by SENIOR HELPERS and can change the lives of the people who suffer from Alzheimer's and their families. This program can also help with other types of Dementia's. Let us show you how. Senior Helpers is very dedicated in helping our seniors. We also can help anyone over the age of 21 who may need our assistance. Our mission is to assist our clients maintain their independence and integrity in the comfort of their own homes. Whether they just need a few hours a day or 24/7, we will be there to help.
    • Our Caregivers truly have a passion for thier work and clients.
    • Our Caregivers are our employees and NOT sub-contracted or from a registry.
    • Our Caregivers are fully insured and bonded, and covered by our workers compensation.
    Senior Helpers Caregivers are specifically trained in Alzheimer's and Memory Care through our industry leading Senior Gems Training Program.
    • Our Caregivers are thoroughly background checked in all 50 states (driving records as well) and we follow up on all of their professional and personal references.
    • We match our Caregivers individually for each client - based on their skill set, availability, and personality.

    Our caregivers will assist with daily activities such as; Reading, Letter & Correspondence, Reminisce About the Past, Play Mind Stimilating Games, Discuss Current Events, Participate in Crafts, Organize Mail, Help With Bill Paying, Discuss Historical Events, Maintain Client Calendars, Grocery Shopping, Arrange Appointments, Escort to Appointments, General Shopping, Pick Up Prescriptions, Alzheimer's Care & Dementia Care, Medication Reminders, Assist With Walking, Monitor Diet & Eating, Meal Planning, Meal Preparation & Clean Up, Laundry & Ironing, Light Housekeeping, Make Beds, Bathing & Dressing Assistance, Care of House Plants and Animals, Answer Door & Telephone, Take Out Garbage, Organize & Clean Closets, Clip Coupons For Shopping, Oversee Home Deliveries, Monitor Food Expirations, Monitor TV Usage, Plan Visits, Outings & Trips, Attend Plays and Concerts, Assist with Entertaining, Accompany to Senior Center, Take To Religious Services, Attend Sports Events, Visit Friends & Neighbors, Weather Awareness,Transportation, and so much more.

    Senior Helpers Office Staff and Caregivers are specifically trained in Alzheimer's and Memory Care through our industry leading Senior Gems Training Program. The Salt Lake Office has been opened for more than 5 years. Our staff has many years experience in Dementia and Geriatric Care.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    We are private pay. Other financing options would be Reverse Mortgage and Aid and Attendance. Long Term Insurance Policies that will pay for our services. We also work with a company that can change a Life Insurance Policy into a Long Term Insurance Policy. We can work around any budget.
