    About My Business
    We provide services to seniors 60 and over to assist them in maintaining their home. Programs include Case Management, Supportive Home Chore, On site Senior Dining, and Home Delivered Meals (365 days) and the Activity center. In home services include; light house keeping, meal preparation, laundry, and in home respite that allows family and caregivers to leave their home knowing their loved one is being cared for by a trained staff person.
    About My Services
    All services available to seniors 60 and over work with the case manager who will develop a care plan with you to assist in staying in your own home. Supportive Home chore services are set up by a case manager which includes a financial and functional assessment. This information will lead to the creation of the assignment of duties and also the copay for services. As of 2010 full cost is $21.00 an hour. There is a sliding fee scale based on ability to pay.

    Experience And Credentials
    We receive Dane County funding. We also receive funding from the United Way of Dane County through the self reliance and Independence funding team. We provide new staff members with an orientation and an annual training. These trainings offer ability to increase skills and understanding of the population we serve.
