    About My Business
    House Calls of Menomonie, Inc. provides personal care, supportive home care and respite care to elderly and individuals with disabilities in the Dunn County, WI area.
    We provide the services to you in your home. We can also take individuals out into the community as needed, such as for shopping or transportation to medical or other appointments.
    We complete background checks on all employees and employees receive inservice training throughout the year.
    Our agency also provides representative payee services, corporate guardianship and supervised visitation services.
    About My Services
    Some of the services our staff can provide to you include:
    • light housekeeping
    • meal preparation
    • laundry
    • assistance with personal cares
    • transportation for errands
    • assistance with groceries

    Our representative payee department can assist with setting up a budget and making sure your bills are paid. Representative Payee services can be provided throughout the state.

    Our on-site supervision room, allows a comfortable setting for supervised visitation for parents to spend time with their children.

    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    We are a non-medical provider and do not complete nursing services.

    Staff are not allowed to climb ladders when completing housekeeping services.
    Experience And Credentials
    Our agency has been providing services in the Dunn County area for over 20 years.

    We are a private, non-profit agency.

    All staff hired have experience in the field upon hire and receive orientation and on-going inservice training throughout the year.

    Our guardianship program is licensed and approved by the state. Our guardian coordinators all have degrees pertaining to providing services to individuals who need the assistance a corporate guardian can provide.

    Our agency is a member of the Wisconsin Personal Services Organization as well as the Wisconsin Guardianship Association.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Individuals receiving services can pay for the services privately. We can also bill long-term care insurance for the services received.

    Call for current prices of our services. We bill by the quarter of an hour, with a one hour minimum. Mileage for transportation is billed at the current IRS rate.

    The local ADRC may also assist with grant funding to help with payment of services.

    We provide services to indivuals based on their needs, whether it is daytime, evening or weekend hours.

    We have a staff who is on-call at all times for emergencies.

    Services provided on a holiday at billed are time and a half.
