    Resona Medical Services offer prompt, professional, quality and courteous services regardless of national origin, creed, color, age, race, gender and follow a select and personalized plan of care that utilizes the participation of the physicians, discharge planners, nurses and various other healthcare providers.

    Our services include but are not limited to:
    • Skilled Nursing Care: (RNs, LVNs) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Home Health Care/Personal Assistance Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Quality trained/nurtured Personal Assistants, Certified Nurses Aides, Home Health Aides, Companionship and Sitters)

    Long or Short Term Care

    Resona Medical Services provides personlized supports for our clients and these include but are not limited to: Grooming, Oral hgiene, complete bath, exercising, perineal care, changing diapers, transfer/ambultion, medication reminding, nail care, routine hair and skin care, dressing, housekeeping laundry, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, walking, escort.

    Adult and Pediatric Options

    Services must be medically necessary and ordered by a physician licensed in the State of Texas. These services include but they are not limited to the following:

    Occupational Therapy

    Intervention focuses on activities of daily living like delays in feeding/dressing, fine motor skills, upper body stengths/coordination, balance and cognitive delays.

    Speech Language Pathology

    Intervention concentrates on the following skills: expression, articulation, swallowing/feedin, receptive exercise, amongst others.

    Physical Therapy

    Skiled intervention focuses on the following areas: body mechanics and positioning, balance, cognitive delays, fine motor skills, upper body strength/coordination, wheelchair assessment, gait training, home safety evaluation.

    Medical Social Work

    Assist families having serious domestic conflicts, run support goups for children/aging parents, help people cope with job-related pressures, help in coping with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses, advise family care givers, counsel patients, plan for patient's needs after discharge from hospital.
