    About My Business
    We offer daytime care in a pleasant and stimulating environment, which ensures our participants are safe, comfortable, and active, while caregivers go to work or tend to daily tasks.
    About My Services
    • Our Hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm.
    • Transportation Services are provided by our safety certified and caring drivers, to and from home, in wheelchair accessible vans.
    • Nursing Care is provided by our registered nurse and our nursing assistants on a daily basis, to oversee each participant's health needs, perform medical treatments, and ensure medications are taken appropriately.
    • Personal Care is discreetly offered by our nursing assistants, who help with toileting, feeding, and grooming.
    • -Nutritious meals include a continental breakfast, a hot lunch, and adelicious afternoon snack. All of our meals are nutritiously balanced, and we do accommodate most special diets.
    • Activities are provided by our highly trained and energetic staff. They offer a wide variety of programs, including Tai Chi, crafts, bingo,reminiscence, trivia, outings, and anything else our participants enjoy doing.

    Experience And Credentials
    Our Center belongs to the Maryland Association for Adult Day Services (MAADS), LifeSpan Senior Care Alliance, and the Alzheimer's Association.

    Our Director of Operations sits on the Governor's Council for Alzheimer's Disease. She is also the public policy chairperson for the Maryland Association for Adult Day Services.

    Our Administrator has numerous years experience in long term care, and has a Master's degree in Counseling. She specializes in outreach and education.

    Our registered nurse has also worked in long term care for many years, and has a special knack for seniors.

    All of our employees love what they do, and their longevity at Crescent Ridge is the proof. We have very low employee turn over.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Our private pay rate including round trip transportation is $80 per day. Our rate without transportation is $75 per day.

    Some participants pay privately, but those who qualify for Maryland or District of Columbia Medical Assistance or VA services are covered by those entities.

    Individuals with long term care insurance often receive reimbursement for adult medical day services.
