    Founded in 1995, Active Day serves over 3,000 clients per day through the nation's largest network of medical adult day care centers, in-home personal care services and outpatient rehabilitation facilities.

    We do not except clients that are more than a two-person assist.
    Experience And Credentials
    Active Day of Wakefield has a staff which includes a medical program manager with a bachelor's degree in nursing and psychology, a social worker with a master's degree in social work, and a program manager with specialized training from the alzheimer's association and also a caregiver support group leader.We have many other caring and experienced staff who have worked with adults with cognitive impairment. Active Day is a member of The Massachusetts Adult Day Health Association.
