    About My Business
    Provide adult day and respite care services in a non-clinical environment with medical staffing.

    Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm

    Rates are based on a Level of Care Assessment and start at $30 for a half day.

    The MountainTop Club has a Veteran's Administration contract. The VA will pay for up to 5 days per week for qualified Veterans. We can help families aply for and receive this benefit.
    About My Services
    Adult Day Service and Respite Care is designed to allow the primary caregiver to receive some much needed time away while knowing their loved one is safe.

    The MountainTop Club is designed to handle the needs of men. Currently, our members suffer from stroke, depression, Alzheimer's Disease, Huntington's Disease, etc..

    The MountainTop Club also hosts an Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting once a month with free respite care during the meeting.
    Experience And Credentials
    The MountainTop Club has contracts with both the State of Michigan and the Veteran's Administration. These contracts require random monthly inspections and a comprehensive annual review to assure the quality of our program, staff and facility.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Private pay rates start at:
    $30 per Half Day
    $55 per Full Day

    Qualified Veterans are FREE

    Low Income Families may qualify for grant money from the State of Michigan.

    Transportation is available. Fee based on distance and location.
