    About My Business
    Our Day Care is a structured, comprehensive day program providing a variety of health and social support services to meet the needs of physically and mentally impaired adults. We serve participants in conjunction with their families by respecting the dignity of each person, fostering a Christian concern for one another, and developing or maintaining the capabilities of each person.
    About My Services
    We provide door to door transportation, nutritious meals, social activities nursing and personal care.

    Our activities are designed to promote individual success and boost morale. Activities include visiting entertainment, field trips, music programs, games, crafts and exercise. Visit our website at to see examples of activities at specific sites.
    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    In addition to speaking English we both speak and understand body language

    We cannot care for someone who cannot assist with a one person transfer-or who is consistently combative with the emphasis on CONSISTENTLY.

    We are licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health. We can accept anyone 18 years or older who can assist with a transfer. We have a 3 week probationary period to figure out whether the Center and participant is a good match.
    Experience And Credentials
    St. Elizabeth Adult Day Care Center has been serving the community since 1981 and currently sponsors 8 Centers.
    We are sponsored by the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood of O'Fallon Missouri, whose mission impels us to care for all entrusted to our care regardless of religious affiliation. Each of our centers is staffed by a nurse 12 hours per day, as well as other caring staff.

    Payment sources include: Private pay, Medicaid, veteran's administration, and some insurances will cover Adult Day Care
