    About My Business
    Home Nursing Agency Adult Day Services is a center based program that provides daytime assistance to both the physically and/or cognitively impaired individuals living in the community who are not able to safely remain at home alone during the day. Adult Day Services provides respite to caregivers and members and a higher quality of life with meaningful daytime activities.
    About My Services
    Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (closed major holidays). Adults 18 years of age or older who have either a cognitive or physical disability that limits their ability to remain in their own homes during the day. Or are at risk of social isolation and/or are in need of ongoing medical monitoring throughout the day. Our program helps alleviate caregiver burden, improve the quality of life for the individual and provide a community-based alternative to premature institutionalization. The program also, stimulates the mind; the body; we provide activities and set goals; meals/snacks are provided. Their health is monitored, medications administered and personal care needs are met. We are licensed by the State under the Dept. of Long Term Living, Office of Aging. We have staff certified & extensicely trained to help the individuals. Several funding sources are available as well as transportation can be arranged.
