    About My Services
    In addition to providing for the needs of individuals with a diagnosis of Dementia, our mission is also to provide relief to Caregivers and support and education for families. These services are provided in part through: Caregiver Support Groups, our CareLines monthly newsletter; resource materials and information; and educational programs in the community.
