    About My Business
    Transportation is offered through a shared ride system known as BART which takes riders curb to curb and some door to door. Accessible buses are used for this type of transportation. Volunteer escort services are available only for medical trips and only when volunteers are available. County cars are used for this type of service. Aire Ride transportation is available to qualified consumers eligible for Medical Assistance.
    About My Services
    Butler County Area Agency on Aging services consumers 60 years of age or better (and their families). Our mission is to support consumers in staying in their home and in the community during their senior years. Services include personal care in the home, light housekeeping, respite care for family members, medical supplies and equipment, home modifications and assistive devices. The Agency is a one-stop call for any and all benefits for seniors including but not limited to Rent/Tax Rebate, LIHEAP benefits, insurance counseling, health and wellness programs in the centers and other support services within the community.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    Benefit services are generally covered by the Aging Block Grant and Lottery funds. Some services are entitlement and some have a cost share amount. All financial information and consumer responsibility is disclosed prior to starting services. Calling the office for more information is suggested. Ask for the Information and Referral Department.
