    Tribal and Community Clinic providing Medical, Dental, and Social Services (Mental Health and AOD).
    About My Services

    Primary Care:
    Adult Care, Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, High Cholesterol, and Women’s Health Exams.

    Care of Children and Adolescents:
    Well-baby exams, immunizations, asthma, school and sports exams, health screenings.

    Geriatrics/Elder Care:
    Bone Scans, Screenings for Dementia, and other medical problems.

    Family Planning:
    Birth Control, Pregnancy Testing, STD Testing, Pre-Natal Care.

    Seasonal Flu Shots:


    Adult Dental Care:
    Teeth cleaning, oral examinations, x-rays, fillings, partial and complete dentures, and most extractions and root canals.

    Children’s Dental Care:
    Preventive dentistry, which includes gentle teeth cleaning, oral exams, x-rays, sealants and fillings.

    Most services are paid via patient insurance. We also offer sliding-fee payments for uninsured and/or under insured patients.
    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    We are an outpatient Clinic only. We will refer patients out for any services we are unable to provide in-house. Please contact the Front Office at 805.688.7070 if any questions or need clrification of services.
    Experience And Credentials
    All of our Medical and Dental providers are Board Certified in their speciality and credentialed. Our Mental Health provider is a Board Certified PhD. We also retain a Registered Dietician/Certified Diabetes Educator.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    The SYTHC will bill primary insurance first for all services rendered.
