    About My Business
    An Area Agency on Aging funded by Older Americans Act funding. Title III and Title VI Services. Senior Community Services Employment Program (SCSEP) and also Senior Health Insurance Outreach Program.
    • Caregiver Services for those 18 years and older caring for those 60 years and older.
    • GrandKin services for grandparents and relative kinship caregivers who are 55 years and older caring for grandchild or relative kin age 18 and younger
    • Memory Care providing supportive services to those with memory issues; dementia, alzheimer's etc. and their caregivers
    • Live Well at Home program providing support to elders 60 years and older to help them stay in their home or community longer; nursing home diversion
    • Nutrition Support; providing quality nutritious meals to elders 60 years and older and their spouses regardless of age
    • Medication Management; providing elders 60+ and their caregivers with tools to manage their medications
