    About My Business
    Provide services to elderly and disabled/handicapped individuals of the Blackfeet reservation so as to improve/maintain health, nutrition and social particpation in order to prolong independent lifestyles for our most vulnerable individuals
    About My Services
    Congregate Meals served to elders, 60 years of age and older at one congregate site. Spouses are eligible recipients. Home delivered Meals, lunch is provided to elders, 60 years of age and older who are confined to home because of age, disablilty, or lack of transportation

    Blackfeet Personal Care Attendant Program, which provides personal care attendants to disabled/handicapped individuals who are eligible through Medicaid.

    Medicaid Waver which provides Respite, Homemakers, Socialization and Supervision hours to disabled/handicapped individuals who are eligible through their guidelines.

    Host Agency for the Elder Protection Team, which addresses reported incidences of physical and mental abuse, exploitation and neglect of reservation elders.

    Native American Elder Family Caregiver Support Program support for family members that care for elders or elders that care for disabled or minor children, through a community resource network, support groups, referrals and respite for family caregiers
