    About My Business
    We are a Tribal Aging Unit and we provide transportation and support services. We also provide Information and Assistance. The Tribal Aging Unit is a partner with the ADRC with Burnett and Polk County. We are linked with other tribal service providers such as AODA, Mental Health, Elder Advocate Program, Benefits Dept., and many other services.
    Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
    We serve Enrolled Tribal elders age 55 and above. and we serve Non-Tribal Elders age 60 and above, we also provide serves to persons who are disabled.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
    We are Non-Profit. There is no fee for our services. We do however accept donations.
