    Bruce K. Abbott, Owner & President, Certified Senior Advisor -
    Bruce Abbott has more than twenty five years experience as Regional Director and Supercenter Director for the world's largest retailer, Walmart Stores, Inc. Having led operations for the Walmart region of Tennessee, Kentucky and Southern Indiana with 225 stores and revenues exceeding $22B under his umbrella, Bruce is well prepared for the challenges of administering multiple Home Helpers franchises with a large number of clients and caregivers.

    Bruce served as the Walmart corporate representative to numerous Chambers of Commerce, the Children’s Miracle Hospital Network, Give Kids the World, Kiwanis, United Way, Salvation Army and was actively engaged in developing and implementing Walmart's collaborative food donation strategy with Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, an arm of Feeding America.

    Bruce Abbott's experience in providing outstanding consumer value with high levels of customer satisfaction provides a strong foundation upon which to build a non-medical, in-home personal care and support service business. Abbott also has several years of small business experience as a partner in Fotozines, an Orlando, Florida based, multi-faceted creative photography company and leader in entertainment photo products.

    Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee - Martin. He is also recognized as a Certified Senior Advisor, having successfully completed and passed all of the required training mandated by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.

    David Abbott, Ph.D., Corporate Director, Certified Senior Advisor –
    Dr. Dave Abbott has had a long-time interest in supporting family caregiving activities. Five years ago, Abbott became a co-owner of CAREgiver Magazine Chicago, a publication dedicated to bringing resources and information for strength and support to family caregivers in the Chicago area. Abbott facilitated the expansion of the magazine into the Los Angeles market with CAREgiver Magazine Los Angeles. With a circulation of almost 500,000, the CAREgiver Magazines were distributed free of charge to those interested in and dealing with the challenges of family caregiving.

    Dave's prior business experience includes serving as turnaround CEO and contract executive management of several small businesses, as well as Senior Vice President of a large $1B Midwest agricultural processor. Since 2003, Dave has provided consulting and executive management services to various Midwest companies while helping his clients secure approximately $33M in funds and investment.

    Dave's public service includes serving on the United States Department of Energy Steering Committee for Bio-based Fuels which developed the roadmap for the development of ethanol and biodiesel as renewable fuels. He has served on multiple boards facilitating entrepreneurship and small business for the State of Iowa and the Iowa Department of Economic Development. Dave has also been very active in local business organizations, serving as President of the Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and as Board Member to the Muscatine Development Corporation in Muscatine, Iowa. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, and worked as a post-doc at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Dave is also recognized as a Certified Senior Advisor, having successfully completed and passed all of the required training mandated by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.

    Donna Stephens, Director, Client Relations, Certified Senior Advisor –
    Donna Stephens is well versed in elder care needs, having served as Executive Director of the Mt. Juliet Senior Citizens Center in Mt. Juliet, TN. Ms. Stephens has worked on a daily basis with seniors, as well as being a referral source for the non-medical health care industry. Stephens holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Businesss and English from Hyles-Anderson College/CSA.
