    About My Business
We are The Elder Law Practice. We work only with the elderly and their families to help with the transitions that occur as a person ages.
    About My Services
    Estate Planning
    Medicaid Planning
    Veterans Administration Benefits
    Social Security Disability

We still offer free initial consults and we offer in home visits.
Conditions I Am Unable To Treat
We exclusively do elder law. If you want a divorce, have committed a crime, need bankruptcy, or anything else besides Elder Law, we will help you find another firm.
    Experience And Credentials
Our attorneys focus their practice on the specific legal needs of the elderly, those with dementia and their families. The owner of the firm is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (one of three in the state) and has an LL.M in Elder Law (that's another degree focused in that area after law school). Our office has done over 10,000 estate plans and approximately 3000 Medicaid applications and most of those with some asset protection planning involved. Our attorneys teach attorney throughout the state and nation on the specific issues of Elder Law and Estate Planning. Call our office and let our expertise help you or a family member during this difficult time. The initial consultation is free.
    Fees And Payment Sources Accepted
We try our best to work on a "flat fee" basis. We have free initial consults. Once we know what needs to be done, we will then quote a fee at that time. We do NOT pressure people to hire us. In many situations, we actually recommend that people leave the office, talk about it and then hire us after then are completely sure. We lose some clients by doing this but I do NOT want to pressure people and I want to make sure that you are comfortable with our service.
